Another highlight was Victor Peralta from Argentina, accompanied by his wife Gabriela, who clinched the Guinness World Record for the most bodily alterations as a couple. Their impressive count of 77 alterations included microdermal piercings, body implants, dental implants, ear expanders, ear bolts, and a forked tongue.
