The former glamour model chose to have wings tattooed, showing off her angelic side as she visited the 7 Sins Tattoo Studio in Hendon, London. Despite already having 19 tattoos, Katie didn’t seem fazed by the size of the new design, appearing relaxed and composed during the inking session. This new back tattoo seems to be her most extensive one since she revealed a large thong tattoo while on vacation in Thailand back in March 2023.

The detailed design extended below her bikini line, showcasing a lace pattern adorned with tiny pink bows, accented by a larger pink bow at the top. During the same vacation, she added a large diamond tattoo that covers her entire left knee.
In December 2022, she unveiled a massive tattoo featuring a galloping unicorn along with a floral design that nearly covers her entire stomach. Recently, she opted for eagle wings tattooed on both thighs, extending down to her knees, and also inked a tattoo in honor of her daughter.
Mother to five children, Katie expressed her 2024 goals of hitting the gym hard to get fit and expanding her tattoo collection even further. Sharing on Instagram Stories on January 4, she discussed her plans for the year, stating, “Tattoo pain and gym gains is how we’re spending 2024.” Known for her extensive cosmetic enhancements, she has spent a total of £130,000 on transforming her appearance, with a significant portion dedicated to multiple breast augmentation procedures amounting to at least £84,000.
